Production Specialist

Our Denver office (Englewood) is on the look out for a Production Specialist. The Production Specialist are responsible for operating and maintaining equipment on the production lines and preparing items for distribution. Duties also include assembling and checking product parts, ensuring that all machinery runs smoothly, and assisting in the shipment of items.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Operate and monitor equipment within manufacturing setting:
    • Operate machinery to assist in production process.
    • Assemble materials and equipment needed for daily production runs.
    • Assist with preventative maintenance of manufacturing equipment under the supervision of Maintenance department.
  • Assist with cleaning of production area/equipment:
    • Pre and post run daily cleaning.
    • Daily environmental testing to confirm effective cleaning.
    • Promote safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
  •  Record all pertinent information onto Batch Records:
    • Ensure accuracy by tracking all items and lot numbers consumed during production runs.
    • Help maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) compliance.
  • Maintain accurate inventory:
    • Ensure correct stock levels.
    • Confirm location counts to prepare for EOM reporting.
    • Compare physical counts to inventory system. 
  • Utilization and working knowledge of ERP platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office platforms
  • And other relevant duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED

Attributes: 

  • Proficient in the Microsoft platforms
  • Experience in a manufacturing/cleanroom setting preferred.
  • Work with a safety and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to frequently lift, push, or slide bulk packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable with standing or walking for up to 10 hours.
  • Ability to frequently bend, twist/turn, kneel, squat, push and pull, and climb ladders.
  • Must be able to work a flexible shift including weekends.
  • Detail orientated with strong follow-through.
  • Proficient in computer applications and has the ability to learn new software platforms.
