NuLeaf Naturals is seeking motivated individuals to fill the role of Route Sales Representative, promoting our diverse range of hemp-derived wellness products, including gummies, oils, topicals, soft gels, and formulations containing CBD, CBG, CBN, CBC, and D9. Established in 2014, we are a leading brand in the industry, consistently ranking #3-#4 in organic search results, ensuring widespread consumer awareness for easy retail stocking decisions.

Operating in major cities like NYC, Miami, Orlando, Dallas, Houston, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles, this position entails canvassing 10-20 brick-and-mortar retailers per day in dense urban and suburban areas within a one-hour radius of your home. Responsibilities include pitching, presenting, writing orders, and managing accounts, focusing on independent and regional retailers in convenience and alternative retail categories such as CBD shops, vape shops, head shops, and smoke shops.

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and transportation for daily meetings with leads in retail locations.
  • Proficiency in using electronic tablet computer (company-provided).
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Attend both in-person and virtual sales meetings and training sessions.
  • Achieve a monthly minimum of self-generated sales.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Strong in-person presentation skills.
  • SalesForce experience is a plus.
  • Route sales experience in these categories is a plus.
  • Cannabinoid-wellness experience is a plus.
