Compliance Administrator

Job Description

  • Perform store compliance evaluations through regular calls and document verification
  • Manage and update spreadsheets including spreadsheet formulas
  • Manage reminders for updates to regulations in policy management system
  • Mail important documents to stores
  • Take meeting minutes
  • Assist in document filing and retention
  • Regulatory and compliance administrative work
  • Assist with Federal Reporting as required
  • Assist in other tasks as needed

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required

- Experience with SmartSheet is preferred, but not required

- Strong Organizational Skills

- Ability to adapt to changing tasks day to day

- Strong verbal and written communication skills required

- Previous experience in policy analysis

- 4 year degree preferred, but not required

- Strong Initiative

- Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy

- High level of initiative

- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
